We process orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays move to the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM process the following day.

Delivery timeframes depend entirely on your location. The system calculates and displays your exact estimated delivery window at checkout. Customs clearance, seasonal volume, and remote locations can affect these estimates.

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the final destination. Express delivery options incur an extra fee.

COD availability depends on your specific region and city. If your location qualifies, the COD option will automatically appear at checkout. We may call or text to verify COD orders before dispatch to prevent failed deliveries.

International orders often face customs duties, taxes, or import fees from the destination country. You are responsible for these charges.

We'll email or text you a tracking link once your order leaves our facility. It generally takes about 24 hours for the courier to update tracking on their end.

Inspect your parcel when it arrives. If the box is visibly damaged, refuse the delivery and email customercare@maincharacterinternational.com immediately. We'll file a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund once liability is confirmed. You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address — we aren't liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
