COD is available in select regions and cities. If your location qualifies, it will appear as an option at checkout.

We'll send you a tracking link via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched. Allow up to 24 hours for the courier to update their system.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to your original payment method. Store credit is available immediately.

Yes — if we sent the wrong item or a faulty product. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Sale items, clearance inventory, and gift cards are final sale unless they arrive faulty.
