Returns & Exchanges
Change-of-mind: Request within 14 days of delivery. Faulty or incorrect items: Report within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Tags and packaging must remain intact. You need the original invoice or order confirmation. The product must be free from makeup, perfume, or obvious wear. We reserve the right to reject returns that fail these conditions.
We don't accept returns on accessories unless the sealed packaging is completely unopened. Sale items, clearance inventory, and gift cards are final sale unless they arrive faulty.
Email customercare@maincharacterinternational.com with your order number, item name or SKU, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged. Wait for our authorization and shipping instructions. Do not send items back without approval — unapproved returns may be rejected.
We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items and will send a prepaid label or arrange a pickup. You pay return shipping for change-of-mind requests. Original delivery charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
We inspect all returned items upon arrival. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. We can also issue immediate store credit or arrange an exchange.
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If your requested size or item is sold out, we'll issue a refund or store credit instead.
We may ask for extra photos to verify damage claims. If we confirm a manufacturing fault, you get a replacement or a full refund. We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns if we suspect policy misuse.
