Shipping Policy

We currently offer free worldwide shipping with no minimum order value. Any import duties or taxes charged by your destination country are separate from shipping and remain your responsibility.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on your destination and courier service. Customs clearance, public holidays and remote locations can affect arrival times. Contact customer care for guidance on delivery to your destination before ordering.

We send a tracking link by email or SMS after dispatch. Please allow time for the courier to update the tracking information.

Email customercare@maincharacterinternational.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the item received and a description of the issue. If the item is damaged, include clear photographs of the damage. Our customer care team will reply with the next steps and, where a return is required, the return address and shipping instructions. Please wait for these instructions before sending anything back.

We cover return shipping for an incorrect item or size sent by us, or an item that arrives damaged. Customer care will confirm the arrangements by email.
